YOU + SEPHORA COSMETIC COLLECTION
Seeking to make communities across America more beautiful, Sephora has launched You + Sephora, a limited edition cosmetic collection that will help local non-profit organizations achieve their missions. The Beauty Bus Foundation, a non-profit organization that delivers dignity, hope and respite to chronically or terminally ill men, women, children and their caregivers through beauty and grooming treatments and pampering products free of charge, has been chosen by the employees of Sephora’s Rancho Cucamonga store to be the recipient of proceeds that come from in store sales at this location.
“Sephora’s commitment to bringing support to charities at a local level is a game changer and we know will directly benefit our patients and their caregivers who receive the lift and gift of beauty from the Beauty Bus. The YOU + SEPHORA cosmetic collection, which will be available June 1st in all US Sephora stores and on Sephora.com, retails for $20 and features a covetable clutch, glitter eye liner, lip gloss and nail polish. Sephora USA, Inc. will donate $13 for each bag sold in-store to the store’s selected charity*, while bags sold on Sephora.com will benefit the American Heart Association**. YOU + SEPHORA features:

- · 1 mini lip gloss in a dusty pink shimmer finish, apply over your favorite lipstick or wear alone
- · 1 mini gold glitter liquid eyeliner, wear alone or layer to brighten the glitter effect

To support the launch of the YOU + Sephora cosmetic collection Sephora Rancho Cucamonga will open early on June 29. Between 8:00 and 10:00 am (before store opening) customers can come in for an exclusive “spot” that will include a mini-make-over, refreshments and raffles. This event is first come first serve with a donation for participation.
Additionally, the Beauty Bus Foundation and Sephora Rancho Cucamonga will partner in a Pop Up Salon for caregivers of patients in Loma Linda Hospital’s Pediatric Oncology and Hematology Clinic on June 24, 2013. The Pop Up Salon will offer caregivers haircuts, styling, makeup application, face painting, glimmer tattoos — a chance to be pampered and a brief respite from the demands of caring for a sick family member.
Mary Herald, Sephora’s Executive Vice President of Human Resources and Education, said, “At Sephora, our continual mission for Values Inside Out is to inspire and engage our teams to play a part in making a difference in their communities, and this bag allows them to do just that, share their passion for cosmetics with their clients that ultimately supports our charitable partners across the country.”
The Beauty Bus Foundation is a non-profit 501(c)(3) organization that delivers dignity, hope and respite to terminally or chronically ill men, women, children and their caregivers through beauty and grooming services and pampering products. Beauty Bus accomplishes this mission through: In-Home beauty and grooming services, Pop-Up Salon events and the Bags of Beauty Program. Programs focus on clients with ALS (Lou Gehrig’s Disease), multiple sclerosis, muscular dystrophy, Parkinson’s disease, spinal cord injury, cancer, stroke, other select neuromuscular and motor neuron diseases and their caregivers.
