"Mom passed away [yesterday] morning at Sherman Oaks Hospital.
It was a heartbreaking time for us but I wanted you to know that she still had her Rose Pink nails that you gave her. It was the first time in a few years that she had her nails done and I thank you for both of us for the wonderful experience. Thank you so much [for sending the photos], I did not have any last pictures of mom and I wanted to remember her in the happy moment that she was in when you so kindly donated your time to us."

"I have been the fortunate recipient of the special ministrations provided by the Beauty Bus Foundation. Thanks to this wonderful organization, I received respite from the daily battle with ALS.
Robbie brought his OPI Concept Salon into our home, making my sister, Irene and I feel like royalty! There was no talk of disease, only uplifting thoughts, what a treat. The Beauty Bus had the forethought to send along a 'buddy' -- what an ingenuous idea. There was no lull in the conversation, we had so much fun. Thank you for including not only the patient but the caregiver. I, as a caregiver, appreciated this thoughtfulness, as we get lost in the daily routines. The Beauty Bus gave me a much needed break."

"Beauty Bus is nothing short of heaven-sent!
Anyone battling a disease who is home-bound yearns for the feeling of being 'human' again. The simplest idea of someone coming to your home to pamper you at a time when all your energy is being expended to fight a personal battle, is much more than just feeling good about how you look. Beauty Bus services provide a new look on life and gives their clients renewed internal strength to keep fighting. My experience with Beauty Bus was a very blessed one."
